As a practice we aim to treat all our patients equally and we aim to provide our patients with the best care possible. We are a friendly, patient-focussed practice that has been operating from the heart of Sheffield since 1884.

PLEASE BE AWARE - CHRISTMAS MESSAGE - ONLINE CONSULTATIONS -
Whilst we endeavour to respond to online consults quickly, our usual processing time is to respond by the end of the Next working Day.
Due to Christmas Bank holidays the Practice will be closed on Thursday 25th and Friday 26th December.
This means any ONLINE Consultations submitted After 12noon on Wednesday 24th December, may not be responded to until Monday 29th December (The Next working day) due to practice Christmas hours.
Please do NOT submit Urgent queries via Online Consultation if your concern cannot wait until the 29th December.
If you have an Urgent issue, you may still contact the practice by telephone.

The HSCIC may extract data from your clinical record in line with government policy. As such this practice may supply personal health data to comply with its legal obligations from time to time, as directed by the Secretary of State for Health, or other recognised Statutory Authority.
Anonymised data on the use of fit notes is being provided to the HSCIC on behalf of Department of Health, and the Department for Work and Pensions. This will enable the Department for Work and Pensions to undertake research analysis to inform policy relating to employment and sickness absence, including evaluation of Fit for Work.
