Booking an Appointment
The practice currently offers appointment booking by telephone and by booking in person at reception.
** Due to COVID19, the practice is currently operating a same day triage service for all, on the day, urgent calls. Patients will be assessed by a clinician over the telephone, and where appropriate, be invited in for a Face to face examination. The practice is also employing various electronic models to allow less disruptive management of minor conditions, such as Video calls, Photographs and text messages. This model allows our clinicians to work more effectively and therefor increases patient access and available appointments on a daily basis.
We also have teams of alternative clinicians who may be better placed to handle appropriate cases. For example, a team of physiotherapists to assess muscle or joint problems, and a team of Pharmacists to manage medication requests and queries.**

Please note that the practice’s ability to provide sufficient appointments to patients depends on patients attending; where you cannot attend an appointment for any reason, please let us know at the earliest opportunity.
Patients that regularly fail to attend appointments will be removed from the practice list.
We operate at the above 2 sites with a single patient list, so if there are no appointments left at one, you may be able to visit the other site.
Interpreting
If you require an interpreter, please let us know when you book the appointment. We regularly offer patients access to our in-house interpreters with Arabic, French, Flemish, Hakka, Cantonese, Mandarin, Urdu and Punjabi interpretation.
If enough notice is given, other languages can be catered for.
